Important notes:
The theGuard! NetworkManager Service Packs are available, for all customers. They can be installed to a licensed system only.
The PSM- and MIB Service Packs are only available for customers with a valid maintenance contract.
PSM- and MIB Service Packs contain changes and updates regarding network components. Usually they have to be downloaded and installed together.
Allways install the current theGuard! NetworkManager Service Pack first, before you use the current PSM- and MIB Service Packs.
Using theGuard!® NetworkManager together with other theGuard!® products
If theGuard!® NetworkManager is used together with other products of theGuard!® family those may be affected by the installation of ServicePacks, too. Thus, it must be cleared before, how ServicePacks fit to the release states of the other products. In this case please ask our support before you install any ServicePacks!
